I live down the street from Crest Savings Bank on NJ Ave.

Wildwood Crest - I live down the street from Crest Savings Bank on NJ Ave. in Wildwood Crest. I've noticed that there are one or more irresponsible pet owners who are neglecting to dispose properly of their dogs' waste. We walk our small dog there and pick up if she goes. The bank spends a good deal to keep that landscape looking nice. It's disgusting and a fineable offense. I'd like to implore these folks to do better and the authorities to start fining and making some money off of these offenders.
