Wildwood Crest - I just read how Ocean City property owners will now be saving big bucks on flood insurance, thanks to efforts by town leaders to meet certain requirements. If a really wealthy town like that makes an effort to help its citizens, why aren't poorer towns down here also trying harder? Ask town officials why they aren't doing anything.
