Wildwood Crest - I have to agree with a spouter about the friendly people who work in borough hall. What a pleasure to see smiles. Can someone please spread the happiness to the Cardinal Ave. side of the building? Our police are like robots, and it's very unbecoming. Maybe a lesson in community policing and affairs should be taught. A smile and a hello is free. Ask the ladies in borough hall. Maybe they can help.
