Wildwood Crest - I have to agree completely with the spouter commenting about the bike path shell disaster. It looked wonderful a few weeks ago, not now. I would have to believe it was poor planning on someone’s part. Putting crushed shells on weeds equals more weeds. Some type of non-veg material would have been so easy and inexpensive to apply after grading but before the crushed shells.
