Wildwood Crest - I got a red sticker on my garbage bag in the Crest because it was not in a trash can. Why should I have to buy a trash can when I'm only down on the weekend? The lady on the phone said bags get ripped open and make a mess. I pay taxes so the workers should pick it up anyway, it's their job.
