Wildwood Crest - I called Wildwood Crest Police and kept getting all kinds of answering machine run arounds. Press one, press two, and so on, but no one answered. I just wanted to tell the police that a cat was hit by a car near my house. I didn't think it was a call for 911, so I gave up.
