Wildwood Crest - I called the construction inspection office about a job. I have damage to my house and the noise from the hammers all day is terrible. The inspection man said the job is up to code and damage is something the town isn't responsible for and that I need to sue the builder. Why can't the city order the builder to pay for what they damaged?
