Wildwood Crest - I am not really sure why you lump all dog owners in your feelings that all dog owners are non-picker uppers. I have seen grown adults and children leave trash, soda bottles, clothes and other garbage on the baseball field. Some children need to be on leashes. Personally, my dog defecates in her yard.
