Wildwood Crest - I almost nailed a girl crossing the street at Lavender and NJ when I initially observed a vehicle in the inside NB lane of NJ, sitting there without turn signal, looking like he was going to make a left turn. I slowed down and was going straight in the outside NB lane and as I was passing the stopped vehicle, out of nowhere came this girl, crossing EB in front of the stopped car. The oncoming SB traffic never stopped or slowed. I chalked it off to someone trying to be a nice guy who had no idea, he nearly caused an accident. This is happening more often than not.
