Wildwood Crest - I actually picked up a hard copy of The Herald last week. Now I know why Spout Off is so important to the editor. Half the paper is Spout Off, a couple news stories and the rest advertisements. Really, about 3 minutes and into the recycle bin.

Please refrain from picking up the free Herald and leave it for those who are interested in reading both the many stories and advertisements. If you chose to pay for it, I'm sorry you were disappointed. Perhaps you need to bone up on your reading skills to read the rest of the paper.
