Wildwood Crest - I’m one of those “BENNY’S” (Jersey City.) that grew up when the area was crime-ridden and not “Trendy and hip.” I washed floors. Dishes. Worked my tail end off to be able to afford my own restaurant. Worked long and hard to get out of there and move into the suburbs. In the 80’s? I was blessed to work hard enough and save enough to buy a condo in Wildwood-1 assigned parking space, that was *it.* So, that’s what we brought down-One car. Time moved on and hard work bought a place in the Crest. I love it here and hate how so many other visitors act so rudely to us and our neighbors.
