Wildwood Crest - How sad is it that Flags on the beach with vulgarity are protected by Freedom of speech and the First amendment ?, That means that there is nothing to stop anyone from making a 20 by 20 banner saying " F You Joe Smith and Mary Smith and your children " and hanging it from their second floor deck ? I believe in freedom of speech but it should not be protected when someone uses profanity that our children and the community can see. Laws can be amended if Congress use some common sense.
