Wildwood Crest - Hey code enforcers, why are you driving by construction sites that are up and running in the summer? Banging hammers and compressors are not quiet. I guess if builders pay you will let them work in tourist season?

As was stated in another edition of the Herald :builders are not prohibited from practicing their trade in the summer. That is the way of most people ,they get to go to work in the summer and the winter. That makes paying bills so much easier.
