Wildwood Crest - Has anyone read the Wildwood Leader article "Local Volunteer says Code Blue weekend was 'eye-opening?'" The county Board of Social Services makes people homeless. They do it with the use of N.J.A.C. 10:90 6.4 (New Jersey Administrative Code). All the people on vouchers are soon to be homeless. Although N.J.A.C. 10:90 6.4 states the assistance should be extended if the recipient is going to be in imminent physical danger; social services makes people homeless claiming it is their lifetime limit (not lifetime limit of the case as in the statute). Homeless is imminent physical danger.
