It's amazing how Biden can make this happen right around election time. Looks like he can manipulate them down to under 3 bucks by November, assuring a Harris victory. He's also waiting to bring a cease fire to the war in Gaza until closer to the election, also to help Kamala. He will miraculously stop Putin in his tracks in his occupation of Ukraine....in about 70 days. Oh, and the border issues will be taken care of too, but not until late October. Or maybe......
