Wildwood Crest - Enough complaining about drivers not stopping when you're waiting to cross the street. It's a stupid law that no one really understands. It encourages entitled people to behave even worse by thinking they can step into moving traffic and everyone has to stop and watch them walk across the street. When we were kids we were taught to stop and look both ways before crossing. That's keeping it safe and keeping it real.
