Driving through the Crest, I see all the weekenders put out tras

Wildwood Crest - Driving through the Crest, I see all the weekenders put out trash, couches, appliances, etc., on the sidewalk or curb. I guess if you only come down on weekends you can do whatever you want and treat our town like it's a junk yard. Don't get mad if Public Works gives you a fine.
