Wildwood Crest - Did it ever occur to Mr. Campbell that the little girl has a father who should be held financially responsible for his child? Where is he and how does he support himself? How about the father's family? Why can't the families on both sides step up? Then there are surely friends who could take them in and provide for them temporarily. If not, why not? What happened between the mother and all her friends and family that they have turned their backs on her and the little girl? None of the people who are closest to her will help, so we'll bypass everyone and let taxpayers/strangers pay.
