Designated smoking areas are disgusting ashtrays on the Wildwood

Wildwood Crest - Designated smoking areas are disgusting ashtrays on the Wildwood Crest beaches. Why is this being allowed? There were smokers lighting up, as well as drinking, on the beach by the Crest Pier June 25. The police have bigger issues to deal with. No smoking sends a clear message. Why cater to a minority when an overwhelming amount of people do not smoke? This needs to end.
