Wildwood Crest - Crest Memorial will now allow students to take photos of bullying in their school. This sounds good in theory but there are problems with this program; kids are not allowed to have their phones on while at school, cellphones are to stay in the child's book bag, even if a child gets a photo of bullying it will place a target on their backs and the children know it, therefore, the children are not likely to do or say anything and it takes such a long time to punish the child that by the time anything is done the school year is over. I know from experience. This will change nothing.
