Wildwood Crest - Cops don't always enforce dog walking laws, smoking laws, or jaywalking, and I don't blame them. All that silly stuff does is lead to confrontation, which leads to disrespecting the cop, which leads to more trouble. If I were a cop, the crime would have to be serious for me to get involved. Most people treat and taunt cops until it gets ugly.
