Wildwood Crest - Citing the SPOUT OFF from Wildwood Crest on July 27, I agree. The Sweet Peas are forgetting the rules or maybe were never taught. Sidewalks are for pedestrians, not bikes. So, if you have a young child with you on a bike, please stop so the walker can pass. It's called Courtesy 101.
