Can someone please tell me how many parks and public facilities

Wildwood Crest - Can someone please tell me how many parks and public facilities a small town like wildwood crests actually needs? We have a mayor, parks and recs. Don that wants more. Sunset lake, Crest Pier, Crest Pier playground, Crest Fishing Pier, the old library, the old library grounds now being renovated, Fern Park, Rambler Park, new shower and foot baths, water parks, wedding pavilions, Gazeboes, the list goes on and on. Why we are a small town of about 3000. Yes grants are used for some areas, but why. How about grants money for our year round citizens .
