Wildwood Crest - Are there any state or municipal statutes that exempt police from paying parking meters? We all have witnessed vehicles with FOP license plates pull up to a parking space and walk off, with the red violation flags flashing. A driver of such a vehicle did just that July 18, and proceeded to walk off, jogging on our bike path.
