For approximately two years, I have noticed a gold vehicle parke

Wildwood Crest - For approximately two years, I have noticed a gold vehicle parked on the street at Bayview Drive and Syracuse Ave. in Wildwood Crest. This vehicle's inspection sticker expired in 2011. How come this vehicle has not been towed? Obviously, it is illegal (and most likely does not have insurance) since it has not moved out of that spot in years. Can police look into this?
