You can't vote in every place you own property, don't be ridiculous. A place you visit few weeks or a few months a year is not your home. Taxes are the price you pay to have the luxury of more than one property. If you don't get your money's worth that's your fault. If you leave for nine months a year thats your fault. Stay, use all that your taxes pay for or not, its your choice.
