To a Wildwood spouter complaining about the cops writing tickets for no seatbelt: it's the law to wear a seatbelt in New Jersey. It's a well-advertised campaign that police departments receive grants to put extra manpower on specifically targeting this law. "Click it or ticket" is advertised seemingly everywhere. If you had obeyed the law, it wouldn't have cost you $46. You have no one to blame but yourself.
