Who else has noticed the number of trucks of contractors with out-of-state plates on the island doing work here? A recent newspaper article cited our county as having the highest unemployment rate in our entire state, and yet island business people are disgracefully giving their jobs to out-of-staters. Wasn't there a time for these kind of contractors to buy some type of license to work here?
