When the plans for Pacific Ave. in Wildwood Crest are completed, it is our hope that the commissioners hold an open meeting to explain their plans. We already voted to eliminate the medians because the majority of citizens want the road to remain four lanes. The fire dept. at Pacific and Rambler, the police dept. at the municipal building on Pacific Ave. and the ambulance service use this section of road to get to their destination quickly and anything other than an open road would delay response time. Why change what works? Let's not repeat the Sunset Lake debacle.
