What's up with the toll-takers at the Two Mile Bridge, out of Wildwood Crest? Don't they know how to make eye contact, say hello, thank you, or answer when you ask them a question? I pointed this out to the supervisor of that bridge and he told me they train all the employees repeatedly on public relations, and how to treat the paying customer. The supervisor apologized and said he will pass it along to his boss. Please do. We spend a lot of money on that bridge.
