What is the code the town uses to enforce parking commercial trucks and trailers on the street and never moved? I am referring to a property dubbed "St. Louis Ave. junk yard." These vehicles are parked for weeks and never used or moved unless a complaint is filed with police. The property lowers the value of the properties on the rest of the street. The owner should be embarrassed to have visitors to our resort town passing by and getting a great impression of how the town is kept. Everyone here keeps their property immaculate. Why not this person?
