Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas should be forced to resign after his latest scandal . Failure to disclose lavish gifts of vacations valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars over two decades is a violation of ethics law. In addition Thomas did not report 3 real estate purchases with a value over $1000 as required by law. If we don't have Public trust for a Supreme Court Justice who can we trust ? No one should be above the law
