A summons or ticket written by a police officer is a matter of public record. Why then, does the Crest Police refuse to make such information available to the press? Crest taxpayers and homeowners deserve to know what is happening in their community and if the police are doing their job faithfully. The monitor from the Prosecutor's Office should address this matter immediately.
