Wildwood Crest

To a spouter regarding the bridge scandal and the people demonstrating in Phila.: The United States Constitution explicitly provides for "the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances" in the First Amendment. There are constraints to this amendment, as there should be a permit acquired where public safety is an issue. While I do not agree with their reasons to petition, it is their constitutional right to do so.
