The Senate Intelligence Committee just released a four year, $40 million report looking into "enhanced interrogation techniques" used by the CIA to gain information from terrorists. These are things like water boarding and sleep deprivation. Just tell the CIA: "If these techniques aren't productive, stop using them. But, if they are beneficial, continue using them, but don't tell anyone. You're the CIA for crying out loud. Your whole purpose is obtaining and keeping secrets." There, I could have just saved taxpayers $40 million.
