The Roe v. Wade ruling was decided based on the Constitutional right to privacy first used in the early 1960's when the Court found Contraceptives could not be banned. Roe was overturned by the current Court who found that there is no Right to Privacy in our Constitution. This same Court recently found that the President has a right to immunity from prosecution for crimes committed by the President. I have a question. Where in the Constitution can I find a right to immunity for crimes committed by a president in office?
