Regarding the Judge ruling on the Mahalo in Wildwood Crest… why didn’t the planning board listen to the public opposition? It sounds like the mayor was well aware of it all. He voted NO to the previous application which is almost identical to the one approved, yet he wasn’t there to stand up for the opposition the last time around? It’s time that boards like this are stopped from allowing such overdevelopment. The builder could have gutted and rehabbed for a fraction of what this surely would cost. All while not stomping all over the zoning laws put in place by the mayor and co.
