Regarding the herald article about the obscene flags that Trump supporters INSIST on flying on the beach...It is actually quite simple to enact bans on that kind of signage. The FCC has banned profane language on tv for decades because children can be exposed to it and tv is a public forum. Most case law exists for PRIVATE property, which the beach clearly is not. It is as simple as mirroring the exact verbiage used by the FCC, but our local elected officials should not take the easy road and avoid the topic entirely. We need a public property ban, leave private prop alone.
