Publisher Art Hall writes that we all bear some culpability for the actions of a high school senior in NH who sexually assaulted a freshman because of "the American culture in which he has been raised." Although I have sympathy for this girl, I don't feel the least bit responsible. I am tired of this "everyone is responsible for everything that everybody else does" thinking. I am also not responsible for others' addictions, mass shootings, etc. I would love to not be responsible for paying to raise your children but the gov't takes money from my pocket to do so, so I'm working two jobs.
