The old Ocean Holiday hotel is looking really bad on Ocean avenue and the beach here the Crest is best !!! How long until the building is condemned as an unsafe structure and eyesore !!!!!! Make the owner tear it down and build an 8 story building with actual code compliant set backs from the side walks.
