The new owners of the Oceanview Motel want to demolish the historic lobby and gut the motel for 58 condos. I'm tired of seeing our history torn down for condos. That lobby is one of the last examples of the great Doo Wop - Mid-Century architecture on the island. We have to speak to the Wildwood Crest zoning board and ask them to include the lobby in their design!
