It's quite funny how some people question the "psychological" well-being of some police officers, young and old. "Certain personalities" are not suited for police work. That is true, and the sad fact is some departments realize this too late after that person who never should have been a police officer causes trouble, costs the towns money and then leaves, still calling themselves a "former" police officer. It is a shame that some departments can not run psych tests on their officers throughout their careers. Maybe it is something towns can look into? Would save money in a lawsuit.
