It is time for the Wildwood Crest commissioners to start representing us taxpayers . Appeal the Gould v. Wildwood Crest decision. Move to vacate that judgement. Remove the attorney who represented us. Hire a first year law student. Call one witness - the NJ State Health Benefits chief. The borough will prevail. That person will define the word retirement as it is applied to taxpayer funded medical benefits for elected officials. It is our money - not the commissioners.
