It is certainly nice to see that the East St. Louis Ave. street project is finally finished with the planting of the missing grass. It took quite a while to complete however what is the rust looking stains on the new concrete that appears to be coming up from under the newly paved streets? The street looks terrible and I suspect may have something wrong with the new underground pipes that were replaced. Did someone goof?
