I'm a renter in Wildwood Crest. Our landlord is a slum lord. We have major issues with the rental that he won't take care of. And we are worried if we push the issue we will be homeless. There is no where else to go. I'm grateful to have a roof over my head,but this isn't fair. We have never missed paying rent on time, including during covid. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
