I'll take a crack at answering why people quit working for the Crest, it's because upper management in this borough doesn't care about their employees. It's sad to say, but they only care for themselves in this town. The pay is awful compared to other towns. The morale is at an all-time low and people just don't care anymore. It's really bad in this borough.
