If a spouter from Wildwood Crest thinks the Borough is looking rundown with unmaintained properties, why don't you call city hall? They have code enforcement. The city will send a warning first and then a fine if it's not fixed. I have a house in the Crest and got a letter to paint my property. I called and the man said he would work with me but it has to be done or I get a fine.
