I would like to thank my neighbor on West Sweet Briar Rd. for allowing his recyclables to blow all over the street for the third week in a row. Your peanut butter jars, milk containers and water bottles are all over the street, my lawn and in the gutter. Please place your recyclables in a bag or put them out the morning of pick-up. I am getting a little tired of cleaning up your trash.
