I would like to see someone address the no turn on red sign at Rio Grande and New Jersey Ave. With Park Blvd. closed there are many cars trying to make a left from the south. The cars making a right from the north have to sit there waiting for a green light. This is creating an unnecessary traffic jam. I can understand having this sign during the busy summer months, but it can be covered up until then.
