I was sitting on my porch when I saw what looked an unmarked police car pull over to the curb at 7 in the morning. A woman came out of her house and started yelling at the person in the car. I heard him say he was just doing his job and please stop yelling at me. He got out of the car and gave her a new recycle can. She kept yelling, he told her to call his supervisor and have a good day. What just happened?
